Agentic Engineering Lead
Run the system where agents write, test, and ship our code, and keep its output worth merging.
About the role
Most of our code is written by agents working from scoped specifications. You own that factory: how work is scoped, how agents build it, how it is reviewed, and how quickly good work reaches production.
What you will do
- Own the pipeline from scoped issue to agent-built pull request to merge
- Improve the context, tools, and tests the coding agents work with
- Measure throughput and quality, and remove the bottlenecks, human or machine
- Set the review standards that keep agent-written code safe in a regulated product
- Help the rest of the team scope work so the agents can build it well
What you bring
- Senior engineering experience and strong taste in code review
- Daily, hands-on use of coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Experience with CI, testing strategy, and developer tooling
- A systems mindset: you would rather fix the factory than the part
- Clear writing, because specifications are the product here
