About the role

Every lender has its own submission format, every broker its own way of working. You sit with customers, connect us to their systems, configure the agents for their programs, and turn what you see into product.

What you will do

  • Lead technical onboarding for new lender and broker customers
  • Build integrations with loan origination systems, pricing engines, and lender portals
  • Configure agents to a customer's programs, overlays, and package formats
  • Find the patterns across customers and push them into the core product
  • Be the engineer customers trust when something is not right

What you bring

  • Strong software engineering, with real experience on integrations and APIs
  • Comfort in front of customers, including people who did not ask for new software
  • The ability to learn a domain quickly and ask the right questions
  • Experience with mortgage technology such as Encompass, LendingPad, or pricing engines is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel to customers when it matters

Working with the agents

You make the agents fit each customer, and you are first to see where they fall short in the real world.
